Dell 124T Autoloader offline after each reboot

I've installed a Dell 124T Autoloader and after some initial trouble I was able to get it working with Backup Exec 10d. The Autoloader shows up correctly under Robotic Library in the Device tab inside Backup Exec.

Everything works perfectly, until I reboot the server.

After a server reboot, the device shows up as Offline. I can't get the device to enable or show up online. To get the autoloader to show up as an online robotic library I need to run tapeinst.exe and uninstall and remove all Symantec drivers, then reboot the server, then run the most recent Device Driver Installer setup. Next time I reboot the server, the device is offline again and I need to do the steps I mentioned.

I am running:
Backup Exec 10.1 Rev 5629 with Service Pack 1

Device Driver Installer 20060815
tape driver release 21
robotic library release 65

Adaptec SCSI 39160 with BIOS LUN Support set to yes
SCSI ID 1 , LUN 0 = Certance
SCSI ID 1 , LUN 1 = 124T Autoloader

Hello,

-- Kindly change Scsi id of the Medium changer to SCSI id 2 and the drive to SCSI id 3.

-- Stop "Removable storage" service and change startup type to manual.

Thank You,

Shweta

I have only found one spot to change SCSI ID for the Autoloader. How do I change the ID for the drive itself?

Does anyone know where to change the SCSI ID for the Tape Drive? I have only been able to find one location to set SCSI ID for the Autoloader.
