OFO: Initialization failure

I've been having some difficulty with backing up open files. We do have AOFO installed, but I regularly receive the following message during the backup job:

OFO: Initialization failure on: "C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).
OFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time window for physical volume.

Then BE cycles through the other AOFO options, returning the same result.

I've tried rescheduling backups to run during times when the load on the network and the media server is considerably lighter. It doesn't seem to make a difference in the result.

- Kindly refer the following Document:


A backup job in Backup Exec 9.x or 10.x fails with the error: "Unable to get minimum quiet time window for physical volume" and "The semaphore timeout period has expired" when Advanced Open File Option is used.
