OFO: Snapshot error (0x1): Incorrect function.

Sir/madam,

Every time we try to make a backup of Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service of our Windows 2003 service, the process fails with the following error:

Backup - ALBATROSOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\ALBATROS\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Yes.
OFO: Snapshot error (0x1): Incorrect function.

It seems as if the Backup Exec cannot connect to our server. However, it does make a backup of our hard disk (C:\) and it lists the Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy in the Job-setup.

Could you please advise us on this one.
