Odd address for failed backup of file

I have had two sucessive backups that have had failures to backup a specific file. The address given for the file is unusual. It is "E:\Apps\\\\\\ooo95. What I have entered here as the 3 o's are actually small squares in the error message. I can figure it out it up through "Apps", but after that I am lost. Any suggestions?

Create New backup, kindly select the resource that you wish to backup and observe the result.

This is a fairly complex set of backup criteria. Doesn't someone have an idea what this adddress might designate or is this the sign of some kind of corruption to the backup set?
