Does anyone have any experience or suggestions to do an online backup to a remote 'cloud.' We've been using S3 for some applications in our organization. I also currently use Evault (and evault software) for some online backup.
I'm interested to have all my jobs running in Backup Exec and to move from Evault to S3 given the cost implicaitons.
Has anyone done this or have suggestions on where to look?

Manu,
Symantec has an online backup (offsite) program as well. Symantec Protection Network (SPN) is a subscription based service month to month based on volume of data being stored. Maybe reach out to you reseller or Symantec Web site for additional information.
SPN Url:

Thanks,

I had looked into the SPN before but frankly the costs are significantly higher than costs from other services. I've also read reports that upload speeds are not that good and if pushing 100GB of data that is problematic.
I was hoping S3 or another alernative was supposed, but given the investment in SPN, I guess that is unlikely.
