Operational System 64 bits

As it said in the start, the operational system that we have is x64, that it is of the line for processors AMD, and not it 64 bits, that are for the line of processors ITANIUM. The informed DOC is for the Window 64 Bits. When executing this procedure it gives the message that the operational system is not supported

Could you please mention which doc you are talking about? Are you trying to install Backup Exec 10d on a 64 bit machine? Backup Exec 10 and the earlier versions do not support a 64 bit machine as a media server. Please check out the SCL for the same:

However, the 64 bit machines can be remotely backed up by installing the remote Agents for the same.

Also, Backup Exec 11d can be installed on a 64 bit OS.
