Oracle Agent Backup Problem

Dear Sir,

I have Veritas Backup Exec 9.1, with the latest Service packs, running on Windows 2000 Server with the Oracle Agent. And get the following errors:

Job Completion Status

Final error: 0xa000fe09 - The Directory is invalid.

Final error category: Resource Errors

Errors

Directory not found. Can not backup directory \ROLLBACK_DATA and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory \SYSTEM and its subdirectories.

The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.

Invalid database name.

Help ????
