Oracle Agent Error: Access is Denied

I cannot backup one of my Oracle databases. Each time I attempt to perform an online backup, I receive the error "Access is Denied".

I've tried the following options in these support documents:

Everything is set up according to the documents above. Any further suggestions would be appreciated.
