Oracle Agent Problems

I have BE 9.1 with the oracle agent. I have configured the oracle agent step by step as per the instructions. When I attempt to do a backup, it errors out staying unable to connect to the oracle database. When I do a test job on that same backup job, it tests the credentials and passes with no errors. The ONLY update my 9.1 installation does not have is SP3.

Hello,
- Can you give us the exact error message.
- Are there any alerts or other notifications?
- Do you get any events int he event logs?

You can try installing the SP 3. it has solved many issues.
