Pls. helpme I have backup fail.

how do I fix that?
I used windows 2000 sp4 and veritas 9.1 sp2
I have error this

Like the message said, the files are in use so BE cannot back them up. If you want to backup files which are in use you will need the AOFO option or use the 'Open file backup when AOFO not used' and see if this works.
