Printer / net send Notification not working

Had 9.1 installed before. Uninstalled and installed 10.0. Had the notifications working under 9.1 install, but they do not work under 10.0 install. What could be the cause of the problem?

- Backup Exec does not send "Net Send" notifications when installed on a Windows 2003 server

- After upgrading from Backup Exec 9.x to 10.0, printer notifications do not work. Also, Backup Exec only shows the default printer as a destination in the printer notification setup
