Problem with Incrementel backup of Exchange Server

Hello!

since a few days we use the exchange agent to backup our Exchange store (2003 - 6.5 Build 7638.2 Servicepack 2) with Backup Exec 11d (rev. 7170). The full backup is ok, but when i execute a job with type incremental i get the follow error message (translated from germany to english):

backup - \\[Servername]\microsoft information store\first storage group

error: exchange can't recive protokoll files while backup from \\[servernamen]\informat. .....

error number: 0xe000030c

additional informations : V-79-57344-780

Exeptions:

\\[servername]\msinformationstore\firstStorageGroup\log files is damage. verification isn't possible

The job already backup some data (approx. 1GB) but it finish with error. i didn't find any information about this error in the support database. does anybody has any idea? the normal backup works fine.
