I have a problem with the Export Media Template in backup policies I have created. The polices backup to disk, which then duplicates the backup to tape. Following the duplication the Export Media Template should eject the tape to the mail slot. It was working fine for the first week after configuring the policies, but now the export media template is basing the eject on the Backup To Disk Template.
When I look at the template for export is only show the Backup To Disk Template and not the Duplicate Tape Template. I delete the export template and recreate it and I have both templates as a source option. I select the duplicate option, but when I go back to edit the template only the Backup To Disk is available again.
I have tried restarting Backup Exec and rebooted the server, which didn't resolve the issue.
