Problems with Autoloader

Hello,

i have udated our BE11d to BE12 without problems.

Now i have the problem when i want inventory or load a tape i get the error message: =xe000e005 (free translation) There are many Errors for this job. 

Thats all.

I can´t start a backup job to the PV124 the only Status is -queue.

When i initializing the autoloader i get no error message. The Barcodes was reading an the was ended with no error.

Have you run Tools>Wizards>device conf wizard? I would recommend that you download and installed the BUE 12 driver. You will have to install Service Pack 1 first.

You can call Dell at 800 945-3355 in regard to the PV124T and they can help you also.
