I am having an issue with my weekly full network backup job. Job was created by a policy to backup to disk then duplicate to tape. The backup to disk portion of the job completes, but even though the job is finished, the job status shows "running" so the duplicate job does not run. Have tried deleting the policy and recreating the jobs, but it still has the same problem. When this happens and I try to restart BE services, the process hangs and requires a server reboot before services will start back up. I get a prompt for credentials to restart the services, but when I give the credentials, I get an error that the interface is not recognized and end up having to reboot.
