Quantum Snap - 5 minutes to select a folder

Everytime I need to modify my selection list (ver. 9.1 W2K)and select the Snap 4100 NAS, it takes 5 minutes to open a folder. When I click on a folder it hour glasses for 5 minutes before the folder opens. When I click on a sub-folder it hour glasses again for another 5 minutes. I have other NAS devices and servers were this is not a problem. Would appreciate any ideas/recommendations.

Hi,

In order to isolate the issue, try backing up the snap server using User defined shares.
