Question about agents for hyper-v and sharepoint

My company bought 1 license for server and 2 windows agent licenses. Now I know that exchange server can’t be backed up without exchange agent.

I want to use exec but I am not sure what I can do with these licenses in my environment.

There are two servers that are hyper-v hosts. Can I backup these servers with these licenses or I need hyper-v agent ? I have sharepoint foundation on one vm, is sharepoint agent must in this case ?

I think you are better off going for VRay Edition. Please read the blog below for more information

With 2 Windows agent license you can backup 2 Physical or Virtual machines (Flat files only)

To backup Hyper V host you need a Hyper V agent which allows you to backup all the VM's hosted

by the Hyper V server. Note: To backup any application(Exchange,SQL or Sharepoint)

hosted by the VM you need 1 Agent for App & Database license  per application.
