RALUS - the symlink problem

Good day

As far as i know it's a current bug that you can't backup symlinks as symlinks, but rather follow the link and back that stuff up, I'd like to ask if there is any time estimate for a fix?

I'm asking because I now installed the Legacy agent, and I'm running into another problem there: http://support.veritas.com/docs/282111

It would be really cool if there was a fix for the RALUS symlink thingy. Or may be I missed it and there already is one?
