I have a W2K3 SP1 server running RAWS v9.1.4691 that used to happily backup a few SurfControl SQL databases using Shadow Copy Components, until this week.
Now every night the backup fails because the RAWS service stops in the middle of the backup...
System Log - Event ID: 7031
The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

App Log - Event ID: 1000
Faulting application beremote.exe, version 9.1.4691.0, faulting module bedsnt5.dll, version 9.1.4691.0, fault address 0x0004ef65.
I do not backup the wbem folder, like similar problems have been pointed to remove the backup of this component. I've search support and can't find a matching solution.
Any ideas folks?
