We are migrating to 10.0 from backup exec 8.6 on Windows 2003 storage server platform,
Boy, thats a big change in the whole system! I like the new UI and other features..
I read about Synthetic backup on backup exec documentation. It looks attactive though i couldnt figure out how exactly it works.
Can anyone give me an idea of how the synthetic backup works exactly?
We also want to know how successful is that backup method? I would like to know from people who have used it and can share a few words about it?
