Unable to access the message log folder

Hello I get this message in DLO under History when trying to click on one of the users in the list.

"Unable to access the message log golder
\\sb-srv2\dlo=backup\domain\usersname\.dlo.\username\.logs. Please verify the log folder exists and that the server hosting this folder is online."

the log files do exists and the REO ISCSI device is online since I was able to perform my nightly backups to it.

I also have tried to move the users to another locations and it tells me that

Error checking permissions for users 'domain\username
message: cannot read data from inside the folder "\\sb-srv2\dlo-backup\domain\username: the network name cannot be found.
Failed to move users backup files.

Any clues would be helpful.

Since when you are getting this error ?

Is it giving this error for only one particular user ?
