RMAN initiated restore job failing with error" ORA...

Need urgent help from fellow tech team, we are trying a RMAN initated restore of oracle DB to a test environment. bottom lines of error log detailing the error code is as given below.

Also noticed on the oracle server in vxbsa00 log showing error as
