A "network DLO user backup folder i.e: \.dlo\anyong-xp" has been copied to a Network drive.
Only the "C: drive" has been copied - and not the ".logs"
I copied over this folder in the "Network storage Folder under another user (veritasmgr)
(i.e: copying "anyong-xp" over to the D:\veritas_FQDN\HQ-veritasmgr\veritasmgr\.dlo\anyong-xp where "veritas_FQDN" is the network user storage on the backup exec server). and try to redirect the restore of anyong-xp files into another machine where I logged in as veritasmgr. The restore failed with this error:
Error reading source file. The encryption key is invalid.
Can somebody please help as this is crucial to resolve by the end of this week.
