Reinstall of SP1 is required after installation of SP2

Hi

I recently was installing sp2 on Backup Exec 10 for Windows Server (Built 5520). After that Veritas Update requests reinstallation of SP1. Ok, I installed SP1 and then SP2 war again required. So again I reinstalled SP2. Now SP1 is required again, but I won't reinstlle it, because it seems I am in an endless loop :(

Should I be worried about some hotfixes not applied, or is this just a minor issue?
