Reinstalling 10.0 after Database Corruption

As I attempted to launch BE 10.0 on the Primary SSO server today I found that I was getting an error message. I tried restarting all the services but the Device and Media service kept returning an error 1065 stating that the specified database did not exist. A similar problem occured several months ago when the power to the server was tripped by a power outage. I attempted to run a repair but that proved unsuccessful, so I opted to uninstall and then reinstall.

I'll be reinstalling in the morning but was wondering if I would need to enter all the license key's back in. I only removed the program files when I uninstalled the software assuming that the license keys would be in a separate file that wouldn't be affected. Was that correct or do I need to contact Symantec to get all the license keys for all the options that were installed?
