I can run a regular back job on the server with no errors. The remote agent is installed.

Well i either found a work around or the proper way of doing it.

I have to go to the job properties, then to resource credentials. If i just click test all it will not work. The server resource will show successful but the drive resource will say not tested. I have to click on each individual resource, click change, select the system logon account and click OK. Then i can successfully start the job.
