Remote Agent Install problem

We recently purchased a few remote agents, the first install when on without a hitch, however when attempting to install the agent to another server, it is not seen on the domain list.  Nor can it be added manually.

The server is up and functional.  I've had this problem in the past with version 10d, and tech support gave me a RANT32 folder that had the remote agent for Server 2000 in it.  That seemed to be a very functional fix, and I was wondering if I could get that again, or if there was another way about this problem.

One way of doing it is to log on to the server you want the remote agent on, and open \\BEservername\c$\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Agents

Copy the folder for the relevent agent to the desktop (RAWS32 for a 32 bit Windows machine), and run setup.exe from within the folder.

There are other ways to do it, but that one works for me!
