Remote Agent Lotus Domino Behind Firewall

I have problem to connect a Remote Server with Lotus Domino on Windows 2003 Server, from a BackupExec Server 10d on Windows 2003 Server.

The 2 server are not on same subnet
There's a firewall between

I cannot see the server under Microsoft Network, but I can have it with User defined Selection.
But under user defined selection I only see partition disc, not the Lotus Domino Icon.

Licences are OK, and logs on remote agent OK

All ports on firewall are open, and I can connect all the drives from user defined selection, but cannot see Lotus Domino specific icon.
