On a Windows Server 2008 x64 I have Backup Exec 12 installed which worked fine for a few weeks.
But now every Backup fails, because the Remote Agent crashes while Snapshot processing is in progress.
The following eventlog entry is created:

I tried a lot so far (reinstalled Backup Exec, installed the latet servicepack and patches), but the error still is here. I tried also a minimum-backup with just one single file to back up, so I think the error does not depend on the data.
Any help is very welcome.
