Remote Agent crashing during Mapi backup

Hi,

we have updated or BE 10 Server to BE 11d, SP.
After that we pushed new BEagents to all clients and rebooted them.
No problem, everything was running fine.

I kept our old backup jobs.
In those theres is defined a mailbox backup - no GRT.
It was running fine before the update.

Last night we got following error on our Exchange 2003, running on W2K3:

Excuse the german in the above message but I think the error can be seen.

I have been getting the same error from a server that was updated from BE 9.1.  I upgraded the media servers installation and then ran all the patches post SP2 and then removed and installed the new client on the exchange server.  Had this same error appear on the Exchange server with the remote agent crashing.  I tried creating a new backup list to see if some old information was causing the problem but still had the same issue.  I am not sure what is causing the problem.

yes, this is really annoying.
I could avoid this error message by disabling Mapi Backup.

But this cannot be a solution!
I do not want to use GRT at the moment...

I got some more problems with 11d..
Support is slow and doesn't really read the mails I think.

I really hope 12d will be better that 11....

I've the exact same problem after upgrading to BEX11D SP2.  During the EX2003SP2-Backup the remote agent crashes with the following error message:

Have you or the symantec support found a solution to this problem ? I would be really thankful for any help to find a solution.
