Remote Agent for Windows Servers fails repeatedly

I have a Win2K3 server SP1 with Exchange 2003 Server SP2 installed.

I'm running Symantec Backup Exec 10d (in fact Backup Exec 10.1 rev. 5629
with no update installed: are there any?).

It could work fine during 15 days (backup and fine restore), and then I can
get two issues (not a the same time) :

1. The backup freeze and I need to restart manually the services.

or

2. The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers stop and start again.
Sometimes, I need to fully reboot the server.

Any idea? Are there any useful usegroups on the subject?

I suggest you to install the security update which will update your beremote.exe file which is the exe of the remote agent service.
