Hi I am trying to back up system state on a server which has DFS enabled. I am running Backip Exec 10d SP4 on a Windows Server 2003 R2 server. The remote agent keeps crashing when backing up Shadow?Copy?Components. It is backing up to a Backup to Disk Folder on the same server. The system state does not backup and the error which shows up is "Error: e000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred."
I have tried to reinstall Remote agent and also reinstalled SP4 but the error still keeps re-occurring. Any suggestions as to what else can be done to get this going?
