Remote Lotus Domino Agent does not see all nsf files

Hi when i go to choose all the files for backup under the 'Lotus Domino Databases' tab on my remote server I can only see about half of the .nsf files in the folder.

I have tried re-installing the agent (latest SP3) and it still doesn't see all the files for backup.

This is what i did to fix the problem,

1. Rename the 'NotesDB*.ucj' file on the domino server
2. Restart the Backup Exec services and on the domino server the remote agent service.

Just like to say thank you for your posting, as this fixed the problem I was having also. It's good when people post their fixes as well as their faults, so others may benefit.

Credit were credit is due, it was actually a Symantec DirectAssist that helped me solve this problem. The problem has not come back since but i am keeping a eye on it cause i don't trust it.
