Remote Netware Agent IDR

I have been trying to create an IDR bootable CD on one of our Netware 6.5 sp3 and Netware 6.5 sp2 servers. After gathering the information for the CD I get the following error:

The sys:bkupexec\idr directory contains more than the allowable 64 megabytes. Please restrict the IDR.ini ....

I found the following tech doc http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/233116.htm, which states that I probably have a corrupt file in _NETWARE directory and to call Novell. So I called Novell and they said everything was fine and that it was not uncommon to have large DS files depending on the size of your eDir tree.

So now my question how do I get this to work for my Netware boxes?

BE for Windows V10.0 all the latest patches
Netware 6.5 sp2 and sp3 with remote BE agent and patches

Do you have a multi-server NDS tree?

Netware IDR on a multi-server NDS tree is not supported.
