secedit.sdb skipped during the backup

Since we are using Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 Server the following files are skipped during the backup:
C:\Windows\Security\edb.log
C:\Windows\Security\edbtmp.log
C:\Windows\Security\tmp.edp
and
C:\Windows\Security\Database\secedit.sdb

According to http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/207980.htm I excluded C:\Windows\Security\edb.log C:\Windows\Security\edbtmp.log and C:\Windows\Security\tmp.edb from the backup.

I wasn't able to find information about not backing up the local security database C:\Windows\Security\Database\secedit.sdb and consequences if it is not available for restore. On the other five Windows 2003 servers, which are not running, Exchange 2003 there are no messages about a skipped secedit.sdb

Hello,

Backup Exec will not mark the job as failed because of skipped items.

Skipped files: edb.log, tmp.edb, secedit.sdb

The files(edb.log, tmp.edb, secedit.sdb) are Operating System related files and exclusively used by the Operating System.

These files are exclusively locked by the Windows OS therefore cannot be backed up by Backup Exec. However these are temporary files and are recreated.

Thanks.
