Remote agent push install issue

When I try to install the remote agent from backup exec server it just says "tHE PROCESS CANNOT ACCESS THE FILE BECAUSE IT IS BEING USED BY ANOTHER ROCESS"
Ive have successfully instaled it on other servers but this is the only one it wont let me do it on.

any ideas?
