Remote agent stops on MAC files

Hi
I'm running Veritas 9.1 service pack 2 on Windows 2000 server.
This connects to another Windows 2000 server via the remote agent.

The remote agent has been stopping consistently causing the backup to fail. I have determined the files it is failing on are created by a MAC which saves to the Win 2000 server. If I exclude these files the backup works.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

As the backup job fails on the Mac files, what is the exact error message?

Try backing up those files with Ntbackup.
