I have worked through most issues I have had with BackupExec and the remote agents for XP workstations but all the sudden I am getting this one workstation that fails every night with the message. "Media mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.
V-79-57344-33861 - The media operation was terminated by the user." I don't see how the end user could be canceling the job since she wouldn't know how and see is not working at that time. I have re-installed the agent and checked for obvious problems on the workstations like virus and malware. Any ideas? Other than wiping out the OS.
