Report showing tape errors

I need a report showing all my tapes (hundreds) and what their soft and hard error counts are, sorted by the number of errors. This would allow us to pull bad tapes before they really begin causing trouble. I have Veritas backup for Windows, version 10, rev 5484. If no report, can I access the backup database via Microsoft Access to get the information?

Hello,

With backup exec 10.0, you can get 44 reports. Out of these, the 'Media set' report will suit your requirements.It lists all the media sets and media used by backup exec. The media statistics such as Soft and Hard read and write errors are also shown.
