Sorry for all of the BE 2010 questions on this forum but Symantec support can't help.
New install of BE 2010 and was having issues with remote clients so I upgraded with the hotfixes for BE 2010. After hotfix 348284 the reports fail in both PDF and HTML formats.
From the beginning I have had my SQL db for BE 2010 located on a remote server.
I believe this may have something to do with the reports not working. I get a "Could not find stored procedure 'ReportMediaLocationByMediaSet' in the event logs after trying to run the Media Set report for example.
I found a document that gave instructions to import them but it was for a local SQL install.
I am still trying to understand the structure of BE 2010 but need some guidance on how to get the system to find the reports.
