I encounter the problem mentioned by your site quoted with document id
268826 whose subject is 'Scheduled duplicate backup job sits in
"Scheduled" status and never runs, or manual duplicate backup jobs fail
with "Could not open script file" (a00081cb Hex and e00081cb HEX)

and e00081cb HEX) '. It mentions a script file that helps solving the
problem. Would you please give it to me along with instructions for

the Script you are talking about cannot be given on Forum. You will need to open a Voice case for the same.
