Dear support

i am using Symantec  backup exec 2010.exchange mail backup restores times we are facing same error.

error is below.

Error category    : Resource Errors

e00002f5 - Cannot back up one or more properties for one or more mail messages. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.

What is the exact exchange version ?

And can you copy/past the exact error message or joblog?

Version of exhange ?

Make sure the account your are using has sufficient rights

- to install exchange management tools on backup server
- to install mapi/cdo client on exchange server
- account used to backup exchange database shd have
. member of domain admin , administrator group , enterprise admin
. local adminstrator on exchange server
. shd have unique mailbox and shd be active
- account shd not be hidden from GAL
