Restore Backup exec to a different Restore

Hi we have BE 10.0 for windows and the Server crashed we rebuilt it with a different name. I inseted the Tape, Inventory it and catalog it all went Fine.
Now I select the Backup exec database to restore the catalog and I am prompt to restore to orginal database. How would I restore the database to another server.
We never backed up the catalog directory

Please explain what exactly you want to restore and steps you have doen as you mentioned here
