Restore Pubic folder on different win 2k srv

hi,
i want to restore public folder from a backup tape on a different win 2k Server having exchange in a same manner like backed up server (Organization name, storage group etc names are common)
Once i started the restore, it keeps showing sttus as RUNNING and could not complete the restore.
I have dismounted the Information store and selected the "Allow overwrite database"

Public folders can only be restored to the original location where they were created.
