Restore of Microsoft Exchange reports 0k

The job logs for everything we backup from our Exchange Server reports an acceptable value for the size of the backup. However, when we attempt to restore anything from that backup (mailboxes, information stores, etc.), it shows a size of 0k. I have searched throughout these forums without a resolution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

We have checked the application log and there is nothing out of the ordinary.
We are also not receiving any alerts during or after the job completes.
