Restore will not start

I've set the restore and right clicked on the job and hit RUN NOW, and it just sits there. It does not start running, but its set to READY. Also under DEVICES its says EXABYTE - Off line. Please help!!Message was edited by:

Hello,

What are you restoring in this job? Is the backup on the Exabyte? If so, was the backup job successful?

Follow the steps given in the technotes below:

Title: Troubleshooting devices that are not displayed in the Devices tab or whose status appears "offline" in Backup Exec

A tape device is reported "Offline" in VERITAS Backup Exec (tm).

Then check if the device is offline. Inventory and Catalog the device and then run the restore.
If the problem persists, check the errors in the event logs and update at the forum.
