Restore

Trying to restore on an hp dat72 running backup exec 9.1 with Windows 2003 server. I can select my directory to restore but when I submit my job I get a please remove media alert that will not go away and the restore never gets started. I have tried stopping and starting the service, and checked to be sure I had a current driver for the tape drive. I have looked to see if anyone else has had the same problem I can not find anything. Thanks for your help.

The alert was reported because VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) told the robotic library to move media from a robotic library slot to a drive and the drive already contains media. The drive state has been set to offline. Eject (remove) media from the drive and then re-inventory (scan) the robotic library.
