Restoring Exchange 2000 private information store

When I attempt to restore my exchange database back I am getting this error:

Final Error: 0x000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.
Final error category: Resource errors.

Info:
WIndows 2000 Server (sp4)
Exchange Enterprise 2000 (no sp)
Veritas Backup Exec 9.1

All drives are there just like original, it is using the administrator account to restore, exchange databases are named the same, are set to allow restore and are currently dismounted.

I would like to know the procedure you are following to restore Exchange database.

Are you trying to do a redirected restore ?
