Restoring Exchange

Hello,

I use BE9.1 for a year now without problem to restore file, etc. But these last day, I'm trying to restore Exchange.

Here what I have :

an Exchange server named EXCH1 which is in production. I backup Exchange via the Exchange Agent, using account 'Backup Exec', except some file corrupt errors (for only few files), the backup seem Ok. Yesterday, I install a new Exchange server (named EXCH2) in order to try the restore. I install the Windows Agent (and a new exchange agent serial number) on this server.

When I try to restore the Exchange using BE, with the Exchange Redirection set to the new server, I always have some error :

The first one is : "unable to attach to one of the drives" . This error occurs when i select the Backup Exec credential in 'Resource Credentials' in the restore job (for EXCH1 server)

The other one is : "Authentication failed on connection to the server". This error occurs when I use the 'Domain Administrator' credential for EXCH1, and select 'Backup Exec' credential for the Exchange Redirection credential.

I tried all possibilties and I always have one of these errors.

So, as you can see, I'm not able to restore exchange which is very annoying. I hope you'll help me..

Thanks
