In BE, create a restore job. In the selection screen, click on view by media. You should be able to see each .bkf file, expand them and you would be able to see what is backed up into them. You can select all or some files to restore.
I would strong suggest that you read the BE Admin Guide to familiarise yourself with BE, particularly the chapter on restore.
